Prof. Steven P. Miller has taught U.S. and World History at Webster University since 2006.  Prof. Miller is the author of The Age of Evangelicalism: America's Born-Again Years (Oxford University Press, 2014) and Billy Graham and the Rise of the Republican South (University of Pennsylvania Press, 2009).  His books have garnered praise in The New York Times Book Review, The Chronicle of Higher Education, The American Interest, Wall Street Journal, Reviews in American History, American Historical Review, and many other publications.  Prof. Miller has published numerous book chapters, articles, and reviews about the history of American religion and politics.  His work also has appeared in such venues as Salon, Christian Century, and History News Network.  Prof. Miller lives in the City of Saint Louis with his wife and two daughters.
