Dr. Ece Tuncel holds a B.S. Business Administration and a M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, both from the Middle East Technical University. She received her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Tuncel's research examines the effects of cognition, emotion, and personality on individual decision making, particularly in negotiation settings and has been published in Journal of Experimental Psychology: General, Psychological Science, and Negotiation and Conflict Management Research among other outlets. Dr. Tuncel has taught courses in the areas of organizational behavior, negotiation, decision making, and international management. She is a native of Turkey.
