We understand that sometimes organizations and companies need custom employee training solutions, so we develop and present education and training opportunities for you anywhere in the world. Our diverse and highly qualified faculty provide solutions that will meet your company's needs.


Workshops and Seminars

The Center offers ongoing seminars for your employees to train and grow their skills. Developed by our staff or training partners, these courses are usually held at one of Webster University's campuses around the country.

John Pyle, EdDJohn Pyle, EdD

Chief IO/VP of Enrollment

Dr. Pyle holds a Doctorate of Education in Leadership from Saint Mary’s University, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Immaculata College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Spanish minor from Kutztown University. Pyle completed the Institute for Educational Management at the Harvard Institute for Higher Education.

Joe Roberts, PhDJoe Roberts, PhD


Dr. Joe Roberts received his PhD from University of Chicago. He is Chair of The Management Department and also serves as Director of The Entrepreneurship Program. His work includes presenting entrepreneurship and innovation workshops and seminars in China, Taiwan, Russia, Germany, Mexico, Canada, Estonia, Finland, and India.

Gary Renz, JD PhDGary Renz, JD PhD


Dr. Gary Renz has a BS from the University of Minnesota, a Juris Doctor from UCLA, and a PhD from the University of Minnesota. His areas of teaching include human resources management, organizational behavior, leadership, and law. Dr. Renz' areas of research include leadership, emotions, motivation, staffing, compensation, and law.
