Alumnus Kristin Jackson
Kristin Jackson, a graduate of Webster University in 2005, is the Chief of Staff
to the Head of Plant Breeding, Bayer Crop Science R&D. Kristin is responsible for
leading cross-organizational initiatives and strategic alignment, as well as optimizing
organizational effectiveness across the Plant Breeding organization. Kristin has over
a decade of experience in the Ag industry and has led in many areas over her tenure.
These areas include Plant Breeding operations, Plant Biotech genotyping IT, and Molecular
Breeding Data Analysis.

conference is open to all levels, disciplines, and campuses. Be on the look out for

Research Across Disciplines
The Fall 2018 RAD Conference felt like a huge success, both for those in attendance
and those presenting. There were traditional lectures, posters, tri-folds, and Web-Ex
video conference sessions! The RAD committee is excited to send out invitations to
students again--we hope students continue to want to present their hard work!

A Successful Research Conference
Research Across Disciplines
The Spring 2017 RAD conference featured 72 graduate and undergraduate students, representing
16 academic departments from 4 schools/colleges. Along with local participants, 7
presenters teleconferenced in to present from 5 of Webster's international campuses.
