Housing & Meals

dorm

All study abroad students are required to live on-campus, ensuring that students are supported, comfortable and have easy access to services and facilities. Housing rates vary and are listed per semester, term rates are half the semester rate. Please visit Housing and Residential Life’s webpage for more information on options (including amenities and floorplans) and rates.

Webster University St. Louis offers a variety of housing options. All housing options offer access to laundry facilities, Housing & Residential Life Resident Assistant staff members (who reside on property), internet access, and other amenities based on housing placement. On their housing application, study abroad students are able to indicate three top preferences for their housing assignment, and will be assigned to a space based on availability.

The majority of housing options are located on campus proper in Webster Groves (a suburban area of St. Louis). Please note that Glen Park, Big Bend, and North Hall are all located adjacent to campus, with the furthest being .9 miles (1.4km) from campus proper. All resident spaces are key access, and allow easy, convenient access to Webster University’s Webster Groves campus, classrooms, and student amenities. Additionally, our students find that grocery stores and other services are all located within walkable distance or accessible via public transportation from all Housing & Residential Life properties.

Blue & Gold meal plans are required for students who reside in East, West, or Maria Hall and can be used at Marletto’s, Crossroads Food Court in the University Center, the Library Café featuring Kaldi’s, and the Simply-to-Go in EAB. Students without a meal plan can purchase food from these places as well. You can learn more about the Blue & Gold meal plan here!

For a true American College experience, East Hall is a good option to consider as it allows students to live with a roommate and having a meal plan. However, there are many different types of rooms and residence halls available to meet student preferences!
