Jennifer Stewart

Jen is the Director of Student Engagement, which includes Campus Activities, Student Government Association and Commuter Council; she is also the co-Director for the WebsterLEADS program.  She is has participated as faculty and program director for I-LEAD (Institute for Leadership Education and Development) with the Association of College Unions International (ACUI), is an instructor for ETHC 1000: Ethics and Leadership On Campus and EDUC 2750, the Leadership foundations course for WebsterLEADS, and is a trained facilitator for StrenghtsQuests. Jen is from St. Louis and enjoys bad jokes, traveling, baking cakes and of course spending time with friends and family.

Billy Ratz

Billy is the Director of Parent Engagement. Billy works to engage parents of undergraduate students at the Webster Groves campus to assist the University with recruitment and retention efforts. Billy started the Student Ambassador Program and Webster Mentoring Program during his time with Webster and as a student was a member of Student Government and Campus Activities. Billy served as a Mentor for the last two Global Student Leadership Summits. As co-Director of the WebsterLEADS program, Billy is responsible for planning leadership retreats and teaching the Leadership foundations course EDUC 2750. 

John Buck, D.Mgt.

Buck serves as Dean of Students and Associate Vice President of Student Affairs. He has been Program Director for WebsterLEADS since 2003. He is an adjunct full professor at Webster, teaching the leadership foundations class for the program, EDUC 2750: The Challenge of Leading. As a frequent speaker and presenter on a variety of topics, his dissertation research focused on decision-making during crisis situations on college campuses.

Katie Knetzer

Katie Knetzer is the Director of the University Center. Katie supervises all units within the University Center. These responsibilities include the Information Desk, the Fitness Center, the Pool, and Meeting Room Reservations. She also co-advises the Dining Advisory Board and liaisons with all the departments that utilize and interact with the University Center. Katie frequently is a presenter at the Advanced Leaders Retreat.

Christine Benninger

Christine is the Student Services Coordinator at the Leiden Campus and is the Program Director for WebsterLEADS–Leiden. Christine is the Student Services Coordinator at the Leiden Campus and is the Program Director for WebsterLEADS–Leiden since 2010. After 18 years as a Training and Development Manager Christine joined the Webster Leiden campus in 2000 and has held positions in admission, advising, and student services for over 15 years. She currently is overseeing the High Impact Program for Webster Leiden's Study Abroad program.

Katy Witkowski

Katy is the Student Resource Center Officer and the Program Director for WebsterLEADS at Webster Vienna. She co-organizes the LEADS Europe Retreat with her colleagues at Webster Geneva and Webster Leiden as well as overseeing the Webster Vienna program. As the Student Resource Center Officer, Katy oversees study abroad, student activities, and student resources at Webster Vienna. She also develops programs and coordinates community events like Webster's Got Talent at Webster Vienna, Spirit Week, and the Student Life Awards.
