Description: This session will explore selected trends and predictions about the state of higher education in the US, and where Webster is situated within this context. Data from disparate sources are synthesized to address which trends are emerging, which ones are actually old news, and which ones receive an outsized role in the media. Topics will include changing demographics, enrollment, the online space, college closures, regulation, and public perception, among others.

This is the first time in modern history that there are five generations working side-by-side. That can be a challenge for leaders who are trying to bring their team together in accomplishing a shared goal. But, that can be accomplished once you understand how each generation wants to be motivated. We will join together and take a look at how we can create a culture designed to help foster mutigenerational motivation.
